AgentFlow AI provides AI-powered lead qualification and engagement services for real estate agents and small teams. Our services include AI assistant setup and configuration, lead capture and qualification automation, CRM integration, follow-up automation, and ongoing support and optimization. The specific features available to you depend on your chosen subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or operating on behalf of one) to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
AgentFlow AI offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($999 setup + $799/month), Growth ($2,499 setup + $1,299/month), and Team/Pro ($3,999 setup + $2,199/month). Setup fees are one-time, non-refundable charges that cover the build and configuration of your AI assistant. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through the billing portal at agentflowai.com/billing or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the service until then. Setup fees are non-refundable once the build process has begun (typically within 48 hours of payment). Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue caused by our platform, please contact us and we will work to resolve it or provide a prorated credit.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations, including but not limited to fair housing laws, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM. You may not use our services to send unsolicited communications, collect data without consent, misrepresent your identity or brokerage, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
All content, technology, and materials on our website and within our services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are the property of AgentFlow AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.
By using our services, you grant AgentFlow AI permission to process lead data and conversation data on your behalf to deliver the service. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your lead data. We will not sell your lead data to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your leads to engage them using AI-powered communications.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Real estate markets vary and results depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, or lost revenue, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentFlow AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
