This Privacy Policy describes how Yoshi Group LLC, doing business as AgentFlow AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit https://agentflowhq.ai (the "Site") or use any services, software, or products offered by AgentFlow AI (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Information You Provide Directly. When you interact with our Site or Services, you may provide us with personal information including your full name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company name, and the content of any messages you submit through our contact or inquiry forms. When you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.

Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party services connected to our platform, such as calendar integrations, CRM platforms, or the AI conversation platform (Voiceflow) used to power our AI assistant. The information received depends on the permissions you grant those services.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Site. A cookie is a small data file stored on your device. We use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted or expired) for authentication, preference storage, and analytics purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. When you cancel your subscription, we will retain your account data for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Financial and payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), hashed credential storage, and access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal data. 7. Your Rights and Choices
